PCOS and Chiropractic Care

Normally when we think of a chiropractor, we think about neck pain and back pain. But chiropractic care can help manage PCOS symptoms. If you have PCOS(polycystic ovary syndrome), you know how complicated and complex disorder it can be. Approximately 1 out of every 10 women are affected by PCOS which causes hormonal imbalances that affect overall health and wellness of women. A case study of a 30-year-old woman presented with PCOS, ulcerative colitis (UC), neck pain, and infertility issues. After 14 visits of chiropractic care, she found relief from her UC, she resumed regular menstruation after 8 years of irregular cycles and even became pregnant!
